    It’s likely there are foods you’re eating everyday that are bringing you down.  We’ll start with gently shifting your food choices and eating habits so that you have more energy and a more positive outlook on life.  From there we’ll work together to broaden your horizons and reconnect with what really makes you happy, so you can build a life you love – you’ll pop out of bed each morning!

    Success in recovering from alcoholism, depression, or any addiction depends on a foundation of good nutrition.  Your biochemistry is really important – and you are what you ate!  Starting with adding in the foods that will bring balance, we’ll gently crowd out the foods that are setting you up for relapse and misery.  You’ll learn what the joy of living is all about as you gain more energy, more vitality – easily.

    It’s hard to have a high quality of life when you're constantly looking for the bathroom! We’ll examine your current food choices and eating habits, and make simple, sustainable changes that will normalize your gut.  You’ll have more energy, a better attitude, and true freedom to build a life you love!

Like many of us, you've probably tried a variety of diets or medications and have managed to do well on some for a few weeks or even months.

But how to stay on track?  I don't think you need more willpower, deprivation or self-discipline.  I think you need a plan that is practical, works with your lifestyle, and takes your individuality into account, so that the changes you work so hard to make can last.  My expertise is in helping you to figure out sustainable solutions that work for you.

I'll gradually introduce new, healthy, enjoyable foods and activities into your lifestyle. As you start to feel better, these new habits will naturally stay with you, and will crowd out the old destructive ones.

In becoming healthier, other areas of your life start to improve, such as relationships, career and creativity. You will naturally begin to crave the foods and activities that make you feel better, and feel more motivated to make time in your life for those things that are truly important to you.

The core program I offer is a twelve session commitment to your health and wellness; we’ll meet in person or via phone every other week.  You’ll learn how to eat and how to truly nourish yourself for a lifetime.

This investment in your health and happiness ranges from $125 to $175 per session, depending on the level of support you desire.  I'm happy to talk to you about the program options to find what works best for you.
